Oven cooked slices of aubergine, Iamb mince, onion, potato, carrot
and herbs topped with bechamel sauce, cheddar cheese and
a special tomato sauce

Adana lamb mince served in a clay dish on a bed of bread
croutons topped with tomato sauce and yoghurt, drizzled with butter

TANDIR KEBAB

Tender lamb shoulder cooked in demi-glace sauce served with rice
